First, I wanted to do voluminous oats following this recipe, and I FAIL dramatically. It turned out way too liquid, despite the night in the fridge. Sometimes I wonder why I can mess things up just using water, oats, salt and a microwaved.
Second, this morning I decided that the only way to save my oats from the garbage was turning it into a parfait (just because usually a parfait save all my recipe fail, or at least the sweet ones). I layered some malt yogurt with oats and half banana plus some cinnamon. It turned out (I just wrote oat instead of out) reaallly mushy. I don’t recommend it. At all.
