Too many days since I had my last bowl of Oatmeal!

Super-creamy Quinoa Ginger Thins Oatmeal

prepared with

44 gr Oats

1/2 cup water

1/2 soy milk

a pinch of salt

1 Banana

2 tbsp cooked Quinoa

crumbled Ginger Thins

plus more for garnish
