This morning I made my first Vegan French Toast, which was good but still requires some adjustments. Hands down, the best thing of the whole experiment was the leftover batter which I could actually eat without get salmonella!

Soy Milk
mashed Banana
Cinnamon
Vanilla Extract
topped with
Banana
Strawberries
Agave Nectar
I’ll post the recipe when this will become my masterpiece =)

It looks pretty good! Did it make an acceptable substitute for regular French Toast?
It was good, but not good as the real deal, I’ll keep experimenting
