Well, they are supposed to be Blinis. I’m conscious of the fact that they clearly look like pancakes; still delicious, though!

mmmm blinis! How much I love them and miss them. Russian breakfast can be very posh sometimes..like caviar and salmon, even with blinis:) and pirogi:)
I’ve never heard of pirogi, are they sweets? Love the name, though, it makes me laugh without apparently reason =)
How do you pronounce it?
oh, finally you’ve made a russian-themed breakfast:)
well done
looks yummy! our pancakes, “блины” are bigger and thinner, i love them with sweet condenced milk called “сгущенка”, but still…your breakfast looks very appetizing indeed
Wow, thanks for the advices, I’ll surely try again since they were tasty, but, again, still too much like pancakes! (nothing is wrong with pancakes, anyway!)
Do you use some special pan to make them?
yea i thought they were pancakes too!!!..anyway they look delish as usual!!!
Well, there are special pans for making blinis, but…there are really not that important, my mom makes the tastiest blinis without special equipment
That is why blinins are big and thin:) and well, there are so so many different recipes: for example, as a basic liquid you could use milk, kefir, youghurt, other milk products
even mineral water, i saw that recipe somewhere..this seems a little bit weird, I know
the dough should be quite liquid, should spread on the pan quite easily
There are some interesting closing dates on this article but I don’t know if I
see all of them center to heart. There is some validity but I will take hold
opinion until I look into it further. Good article , thanks and we
wish extra! Added to FeedBurner as well
